gymnasium. It can be achieved by certain pleasant means, enjoying
the food you love. What you need is learning the right way to eat
the food, and the right way to digest it. There is nothing like ready
made diet charts or formula exercises. We all are different people
with different make-ups. And need different solutions for the same
problem.
