Women are protected from this disease due to the sex hormones till
they reach the end of their reproductive life. Thereafter the chances
of having the coronaries blocked become equal. To develop a full-blown
disease it takes another 15-20 years. The nature has done this to
ensure the well being of the offspring as woman of the species is
more responsible than the man!
