Coronary Heart Disease - Salt

The common people and most of the doctors have a misunderstanding about salt intake. The common salt that is sodium chloride is an important factor in our blood. If the level of this particular stuff in blood is low then it has bad effects on our brain. And therefore the level of this salt should be maintained in the normal range. Moreover many of the blood pressure medicines as well as heart medicines tend to throw out this factor out of the body and on the top of it if the patient restricts the salt intake, he ultimately lands in coma due to unacceptably low levels of this factor. Of course it is not good to eat the salt in excess.
